It was not long ago there were only a handful of ways you can surf the Internet. As recently as 2002, Microsoft's Internet Explorer had almost 90% domination (which means that web pages actually only had to be coded for the browser that one). Today, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome Opera is taking bits and the domination of Microsoft, and now there is a new medium that youcan use to surf the Web and more. Smart phones are cell phones that have Internet access anywhere you get a isgnal and can browse Web pages, but the question is your site ready for this new medium? See how the shape that these phones are changing the business world in the era of technology.
From smart phones to make an effort portable Web browsing, It also means that email is now mobile, too.
It is obvious that more and more people are working from home than ever, and smartphones now working away from the table easier than ever, there is not much of a reason to have a desk at all. As technology improvement, teleconferencing, video calls and other technologies will make the office even more irrelevant.
One of the biggest obstacles any office environment faces is communication. Management in some offices have escaped the cubicle walls for co-workers can talk freely and share information to increase productivity, smart phones may have the same kind of impact. In the simplest function, a smart phone is a cell phone, but his team also ont the fly. The iPhone, for example, is packed with productivity software, applications, communication tools and ways of sharing information as never before. If anyone can help establish an office easy to keep in touch with each other, is a smartphone.
Finally, phones like the iPhone can get the entire business community communication in the same language. As the battle between Mac and PC has been in the forefront in secondary schools and university classrooms around the world, companies have been the choice of the parties, too. For businesses that collect the iPhone through of other smartphones, a switch to a Mac based office is almost guaranteed. The real question is which of the smartphones out to be the standard business. The winner can help write the next fifty years of business technology from coast to sea.
