How would you rate this football teams defense, offense, QB, running ability, and overall?

The Green Bay Packers? The Minnesota Vikings? and the new york jets?

Packers-

1. D- Mistake prone but solid group have a couple of young studs in Matthews & Hawk, D should be a force the next couple of years. Do need to find a replacement for aging Woodson, don’t know how many good years he has left.

2. O- One dimensional team that has trouble with pass protection which is not good when you cant run the ball! Solid receiving core thats good at the point of attack and at yac.

3. QB- STUD STUD STUD- Niners have to be kicking themselves for taking Alex Smith over this guy!

4.RB/Overall- RB as i mentioned before is sub par and offensive tendency is to set up pass 1st then run which has rarely produced titles. Only team that won that way in the playoffs were the Rams. Heck even the Colts ran their way to a title. Overall this team is on a upswing & with a good draft could challenge for the division next year.

Vikings

1.D- Studs Studs Studs: The best D-line in the game, Jets are up there but missing key player, and don’t need a lot of gimmicks to get pressure with this group. If any offense gets behind the chains and come up third and long look out, two burners are coming from the ends! Top flight corner in Winnfield and solid players at most other spots this d has been in its prime the last 3 years. Vikings need to get it done this year or next as most of their guys are veterans and are long in the tooth.

2. Offense- whole bunch of potential, but i think the way they brought in Favre messed up their identity because Childress has no spine. Hence the best running game in football has been somewhat stagnant the last two months.I don’t think folks realize that their back-up RB Taylor would start for at least 25 of the 32 teams and if they pound the rock they just wont lose.

3.QB- Agility, guile, guts & can make every throw: only problem is this guy when not under control will lose games & it looks like he’s running the Vikings organization right now.

4. RB/Overall- These guys have about a two year window to maintain there great play on off./Deff. lines. After that father time will start to kick in, but their great skill players will slow the process. Need another QB Favre cant play forever!

Jets
1. Studs Studs Studs- This D has everything you want Top flight talent at every level, great coaching and attitude. They have been on fire the last several weeks carrying this team to the playoffs. I think their great play will continue this week against the Colts as Defensive streaks are far easier to continue than hot offense. And they are missing a starting D-tackle WOW.

2.Offense- Only thing great on this side of the ball is the one thing everyone wants and thats a road grading offensive line clearing holes for two average backs. These backs put up numbers, but look at the holes these guys are running thru. WR’s- Edwards has all the talent but is rarely in a game mentally for all 4 qtrs. and the rest are avg. to below avg.

3.QB- Ouch, man this guy better be lucky his D & O-line are winning games or that NY press would be chewing him up for the bad season he had. Weak link of the team and don’t know if he will improve enough to become a stud.

4.RB/Overall- Backs are average and good enough to get the job done as long as O-line continues to produce. T. Jones is a pro’s pro! This team has the potential to make some noise the next 4 or 5 years if, and thats a big IF, they get solid QB play.
