If you could get a sign into a Redskins game, what would it say?
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/story/12440781
“Redskins COO David Donovan said during a radio appearance on 106.7 The Fan this week that spectators can’t carry signs or banners into the stadium. He said the new ban is for fan security and comfort.
The policy coincides with an increase of signs critical of owner Dan Snyder and front office chief Vinny Cerrato during Washington’s 2-5 start.”

Just when critics of professional athletes have all of them, like Pacman Jones, stereotyped as criminals and thugs, police in Las Vegas and Seattle dropped a bomb on enemies of the future Dallas Cowboys cornerback.
According to the Associated Press, Adam "Pacman" Jones paid extortion money to Arvin Kenti Edwards, 29, of Renton, Washington, who allegedly opened fire at a strip club and paralyzed an employee during NBA All-Star Weekend, February 19 2007 in Las Vegas.
Las Vegas police said the two briefly met outside the club after Jones incited a melee. Shortly after the two separated, the alleged murderer shot into the club.
According to police, someone contacted Jones about a week later and ordered to pay aa "money by his silence "or the alleged perpetrator would" go after Jones, his mother and her daughter. "
"Jones pleaded no contest Dec. 6 in Las Vegas to conspiracy to commit disorderly conduct in a deal that reduced two counts of coercion, which each carry a sentence of one to six years in prison, "according The Associated Press "In return, he agreed to tell the police what he knew about the gunman. Jones never acknowledged any role in the shooting."
Subsequently, National Football League, Roger Goodell, commissioner of the Las Vegas incident and past transgressions suspended the newly acquired cornerback Cowboys. Jones is currently seeking reinstatement into the league.
If recent events are true, Jones did not really do anything that warranted such harsh treatment from the league?
In retrospect, many people have responded in the same way if their families were threatened.
Often, we see athletes and artists participating in extracurricular activities and many critics are quick to "jump on the bandwagon" and paint them all with a large brush.
In fact, when many hate to see them, instantly see dollar signs, and therefore will do anything to get money from them because of jealousy.
Some critics absurd like Skip Bayless of ESPN, has even stated that athletes should stay at home at all times except to practice their trade, believing that giving up all their lives is only a consequence of fame and fortune.
When the late Sean Taylor of the Washington Redskins was murdered in his Florida home, reporters looked at your past checkered and falsely believed that his death had something to do with the mistakes made in the past.
However, the alleged perpetrators had been invited to the home of a member of Taylor's family and thought it would be an easy target for theft.
For days his family, friends and teammates saw that his reputation was dragged through the mud by reporters eager to print an interesting story. Despite the adversity, the family members had his head high and their loved ones and suffered persecution for being the victim of a senseless crime that could have killed any of us.
When Durham, North Carolina police arrested three Duke University lacrosse players alleged sexual assault of a dancer, the media and the public quickly painted as an elite snob who thought they could get away with "murder" simply because of what they were.
The public later discovered that she fabricated the whole story and District Attorney Mike Nifong withheld evidence to gain favor with the Black community of Durham, North Carolina while seeking reelection.
Jones is the latest victim of a society that is so quick to judge people with greater financial resources than the American medium?
In fact, many athletes and artists are no different than the U.S. average. They were willing to do anything to make a better life for themselves and their families. Unfortunately, many enemies are also willing to do anything to take that livelihood away from them.
